“BBC's
series, The Challenge,
provided the ultimate test of coaching ability.
Gary
Leboff was given just
three sessions to prepare total newcomers taking part in
the world's toughest sports events. Nothing they had ever
encountered would prepare the contestants for the
physical and mental challenges they would face.
We were greatly reliant on Gary's expertise. Success or
failure would largely depend on the resilience of
contestants under conditions of extreme stress. Learning
and utilising psychological tools at short notice was
essential.
Gary took a strategic approach, creating a psychological
toolkit for each event and equipping contestants with a
mental gameplan. I understand that he did so by adapting
many of the tools he had previously used in the arenas of
business and sport.
The results achieved were beyond expectations. Two of the
contestants formed part of teams that won their races and a
third set a world record. All paid significant credit for
their success to the work they had done with Gary Leboff”.

Producer, BBC
"I have been privileged to stand and watch the amazing
results which Gary Leboff appears to effortlessly
achieve through his unrivalled talents in the field of
personal development.
Gary possesses a potent cocktail of charisma, knowledge,
humour and a treasure trove of anecdotes which all combine
to clarify, illuminate and guide his audience to their own
answers and deeper understanding of what they are capable.
Gary has been integral to the change management programme
at Unilever's historic Port Sunlight site, which
has achieved significant results. I cannot suggest too
strongly that you, too, use him on your own journey."
Damian Hughes, HR
Director, Unilever.
“I have been associated with Gary Leboff for just under a
year, and during that time Gary has been working with my
Management Teams to instil greater confidence in their
ability to push the boundaries of running their businesses
in a highly competitive market. The journey that Gary has
taken them down has proved to be a tremendous benefit to
each individual, and to the individual playing their part
in a high performance team. Gary has devised two styles of
programme to suit the levels of management he has been
dealing with on my behalf - one has focussed on my Senior
Management Team, these are the General Managers and their
immediate Deputies, and the
other has focussed on the Support Management teams that sit
below the Deputy Managers.
The result of Gary's involvement with the development
process of these people has been reflected in superior
results from the whole team in relation to similar teams
with in the Company, and I personally have experienced a
greater ability in achieving a higher level of management
skill by the additional confidence that Gary has helped me
develop. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gary
Leboff to any environment where the individual or team
needs to focus on their ability to excel in their own
field and push forward for superior results”.
Paul Ryan, Area
Manager, Luminar Leisure plc
“Your presentation was universally enjoyed and extremely
thought provoking. As a marketing consultant I recognised
many of the themes, not only in myself but in a number of
my clients. Your explanations and strategies for becoming a
winner will most certainly assist me in my everyday life as
well as within the business arena”.
Sarah Mackie, Managing
Director. Caxton Bell International
‘Gary Leboff’s presentation to the CorpusHabitas Business
Network was received exceptionally well. To an
audience of experienced senior management and consultants
he explained how he successfully tackled the issue of
making people winners – and more that that, how he applied
his techniques to teams. He had a very short time to
cover a complex subject, but he did so, even when he had to
contend with faulty presentation equipment. The
audience were left with some key messages, particularly
that sports psychology for making winners can readily be
applied to business – both for individuals and teams’
